Weak and shaky: Most patient tell me the first symptom they develop is an internal shaky or anxious feeling that is followed by weakness and sweating. Some people develop hunger and/or dizziness as well. These are all early symptom but as the hypoglycemia worsens (glucoses <50) people can developed confusion, trouble concentrating, a decreased level of consciousness and even passing out or coma if severe enough.
