It really depends on: the cause of the chubby cheeks. If it is weight related and he slims down, that may help. But if it's masseter muscle hypertrophy it will not change. If he is healthy with no medical issues and is not concerned about his cheeks, I would not worry about it. If he is concerned or people tease him, I would see doctor for answers. You may need a scan

Chubby Cheeks: How is it that it says a 14 year old female is asking the question? Don't be so concerned about your cheeks or when you will lose your baby fat. It happens differently for different people but it will happen. Just make healthy choices about your activity and nutrition. Discuss any concerns you have about your body image with your parents.
