See doctor: Several things could be causing your symptoms: a plugged up milk duct in your breast, an infection (mastitis), etc. Are you breastfeeding? Do you use any birth control method, if so what? It would be best to have your doctor examine your breast and perhaps order a sonogram of the breast to see if a cause can be found.
