My 2 month old baby sometimes cries after feedings when he is well fed as if he wants more but when i give move he spits up??

Gas pains : Babies don't have a lot of, let's say range, of expression. Sometimes they can look like they're rooting around but really just need to let out a good burp. If they get more food, they're over full and will bring it back up. One thing to try may be to try to burp him every few ounces, or after 5-10 minutes on the breast. Different positions work best for different babies.
