Tramadol: Max dose for Tramadol is 400 mg a day. You will not be able to take that daily dose immediately because your body won't be able to easily adapt to the side effects. The normal starting dose is 25 mg 3-4 times per day followed by increasing to 50 mg 3-4 times a day for a daily max of 200 mg. call you doctor and talk to them. If you are having that much pain, a follow up exam is probably warranted.

Approx 600mg: 100mg every 4 hours would be the maximum that I would prescribe. Hope you feel better soon. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Ouch!: A short-term only maximum adult dose for severe pain is 300mg - Do not exceed 400mg! If 300mg is not effective - get to a doctor or ER. It can be addictive, so only use for an acute condition. I hope it works an that the antibiotic does too.
