Ovarian cysts...: If these cysts are definitely benign most of the time they disappear on their own between approximately 6-10 weeks. A follow up US after that time is advisable in order to find out what their status is. Those that require removal are complex and persist, or those ones that look suspicious. Make sure you follow up with your GYN provider on this.
