do i need to take food with seroquel (quetiapine) to sleep? it doesnt work if i dont eat eggs or a specific microwave pasta dinner with it.

Read directions: Seroquel (quetiapine) should be taken without food or with a light meal approximately 300 calories. I would speak to your psychiatrist about how you are taking it and how you are feeling.
