Unlikely: it's highly unlikely that the doctor was able to "break a stone loose" by hitting your back. your doctor was probably checking for tenderness there, and the pain your feeling is from the same process that brought you to see her in the first place (stone, infection, etc). we have very expensive machines to break up kidney stones, if your doctor could do it with her hand we wouldn't need them.
