But the combo of a detailed Hx to review the onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, progress, and resolution of the symptoms and their potentially related discomforts + physical exams + 3-/4-glass urine test as needed will definitely gain better insight on how to deduce more accurate Dx for more sensible Rx than ever
