A member asked:

Can chronic prostatitis cause the scrotum to feel really warm? especially increased warmth when pain is increased?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Referred pain: Prostatitis often causes referred pain to the testes and scrotum along with the perineum. If there is palpable tenderness or irregular texture to the scrotum or testes, you should be examined by your physician or a urologist though.
