Tachycardia: What is your resting HR? you have HR of 100 on atenolol? that would be very unusual and worrisome. You need evaluation by your doctor. What were your symptoms of "sinusitis" for which you were prescribed Zpack? Did your symptoms resolve? If you have an actual bacterial sinus infection, in my opinion, it will not respond to Zpack and will need more appropriate coverage.
