Nasalcrom (cromolyn): Over the counter options include Nasalcrom nasal spray . Some people find neil med sinus rinses are helpful as well. Others find that Allegra d or zyrtec d pills can help. If these do not help you may need to see a doctor to get some prescription nose sprays . Sometimes if the symptoms are bad and if you start having colored mucus you could have a sinus infection.
