I've heard quite a few people say ultram er version is stronger/better than the instant release version. is this true ?

Ultram er: The ER is designed to provide a steady release for constant plasma levels. THe IR produces a more rapid release with a slightly higher plasma level that lasts for a shorter time. The ER lowest does is 100mg and the IR is 50mg this may be the reason.
