Acne: If you are still breaking out on Accutane, then why stay on Accutane. Dianette is not used in US and it is in fact banned in several European countries due to risk for serious complications. Acne is due to the androgen production and Dianette contains Cyproterone acetate which is a type of medicine called an anti-androgen for the Acne. Ask derm to re-eval your medications, especially Accutane.
