Abdominal pain: The pain from an inflammed appendix starts most commonly around the navel, and may not be severe. If your appetite is decreased, and the pain moves to your lower right side of the abdomen, see your healthcare provider for tests to make sure you do not have appendicitis.

Pain: appendicial pain can begin around the umbilicus but then migrtes to the right lower quadrant. It is usually accompanied by nausea, vomiting and fever. It could be PMS . If which case take ibuprofen for relief

SMall: discomforts in the abdomen are very common and usually go away without intervention. If this small discomfort becomes a larger one, or if there are associated symptoms such as fever, vomiting, hardening of the abdomen then you will need medical attention.

Way too vague...: and to early to determine if anything is wrong at all. Abdominal pain of significance won't go away so if it continues would recommend you see your doctor quickly.
