It could be: the grapes but I would monitor it over the next couple of days. If you are 23 I am less concerned about serious issues, but again monitor, and if it persists or worsens see your doctor.

Time: At your age, and unless you have a genetic predisposition to GI tumours, it is highly likely the grapes. They will completely pass in a few days, If you still notice it, go to your doc
