Non-specific.: You can not make a diagnosis fro blood results alone. This needs history and physical to help with diagnosis. These can be normal. The ESR is a little high, however, alone it may not be significant.

High WBC: from what it looks like without any history and physical exam, this could be a viral infection that cause the WBC count to be midly elevated with mild elevation of ESR and liver enzymes. There should more history to make proper diagnosis
