I got filling put in today my jaw has swollen & hurts. what can l do to get the swelling to come down?

Ibuprofen: For the pain and swelling take IBUPROFEN 600mg every 6 hours, or IBUPROFEN 800mg every 8 hours. Do not exceed this amount. I would also take Tylenol (acetaminophen) in addition to help with the pain.
