Allergies or more?: The above medications are typically used to treat allergies. However, if the medications are not working, it is possible that you may have developed a secondary infection, such as sinusitis, ear infection, etc. I would recommend that you follow up with your physician to discuss the persistence of your symptoms and/or development of new symptoms. An antibiotic may be indicated at this time.

More info needed: More information is needed in order to advise you, but it's possible that you need antibiotics for a paranasal sinus infection or a course of oral corticosteroids. An otolaryngologist May be the best type of specialist to evaluate you.
