Not much to be done: There is not much that can be done about short stature in an adult, Even in children, treating it is of limited effectiveness and quite controversial. I can't imagine that surgery to lengthen the legs would be a good idea for simple short stature. There are many potential complications, both during such a surgery and afterward.
