Depends...: What type of infection? Same partner? Was/were your partner(s) and his/her partner(s) treated as well (I hope). Otherwise you're back at square one. I would absolutely go back just to be on the safe side and get something called a TOC (test of cure). It's what is supposed to be done all the time anyway. Will give you the answer for which you are looking, and will determine whether you need meds.
