Nerve pressure: I would like to know if the numbness is on one side of the toe or the other. It is over the top or tip of your toe? More than likely it is pressure on the nerves that run up the side of your toe from the other toe. Try separating the two toes with something soft like a cotton ball and see if the numbness resolves. If the toe is red or swollen have it checked out ny a Podiatrist.
