Talk to OB: Won't likely vanish on own, can increase risk of pregnancy problems, and no over/counter options (especially when pregnant). The antibiotics will kill it, so will be gone--OB may want to check to be sure.

Treatment: Bacterial vaginosis is pregnancy should be treated with antibiotics because there is an increased risk of preterm labor. probiotics may help prevent recurrence. You should avoid soaps as well.
