someone grabbed/squeezed my shoulders hard the acromion and humeral head i think, could this make the bone smaller?

No: Someone grabbing you would not make the bone smaller. Any temporary decrease in size would just be soft tissue. If you're concerned about possible fractures, I'd get an x-ray for peace of mind.
