Zebra: Hi. There is an extremely rare condition in which an adrenal gland over secretes catecholamine hormones, but it's so rare that even we endocrinologists see it very infrequently. The cardinal symptoms are headaches, palpitations, sweating, and tremor, and the cardinal signs are high blood pressure and fast heart rate. If I had to bet, I'd bet you don't have it just because it's so rare (a "zebra")
