Exam: Why was this exam done? How old are you? were your parents in the exam room when this manual exam of your "hymen" was performed? I am willing to guess this was not done in the western Europe or America.

Possibly: A mirror can be used to examine your hymen. Some hymens may have tiny holes already developing. It should not be painful or bleeding unless it is torn. If your doctor said your hymen was intact that certainly means it is not torn.

Most liklely: But the only one who knows for sure is the Dr. who did your exam. Ask them and your answers will be definitive.

Yes: If he has stated your hymen is intact and you have confidence in his opinion, then yes. This would include no stretching or tears. All the best.
