What are hymen scars? do they indicate tears or not always the case?and if someone has them does it mean he won't bleed first time intercourse?

NO: The hymen is a thin layer of tissue covering the vaginal entrance. It is usually already open during puberty, from active sports, insertion of a tampon etc. There can be either a little opening or sometimes it is all the way open with some remnants on the side. That's why you don't always bleed during first intercourse and it is not a sign you are not a virgin!
