TMJ: You may have a problem with your jaw joint that may get inflammed from the joint moving in the capsule. Check with your otolaryngologist

TMJ: Likely a TMj problem. Have an ENT doc check your ears. If it is TMJ, see TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
