Missed periods: Check a blood HCG or sonogram it is more accurate. Usually you do not feel fetal movement until 4-5 months and you can hear the hearbeat 6-12 weeks into pregnancy but you need a doppler to hear it. Missed period may be stress, variation or conditions like polycyctic ovary syndrome or prolactinoma. Follow up with ob
