Not likely all: Depending on cause of leg pain (varicose veins/muscle strain, for ex.) compression socks may help, but are not likely to help nerve pain or sciatica (which could have several causes).The pains may/may not be related.A good history & physical incl. osteopathic hands-on exam may find cause(s) & determine treatment which may incl. manipulation, prolotherapy, neuroprolotherapy, meds, etc.
