Uncertain ? blood: This may be normal for you. It would depend if you had a high hemoglobin which could give you this picture. If you are taking certain medications we can see this. This would also depend on whether you had other health problems. You physician can clarify this.

Cold hands/feet also: if you have issues with cold hands or feet as well or discoloration of your hands or feet like your nailbeds, would wonder about Raynaud's. Splinter hemorrhages also something to consider. Are they painful? If so, consider Blue Toe syndrome. These are all diagnoses you can Google for more information. Hope this helps. Best of luck

How blue?: Discoloration of the fingernails has many causes - this may be a normal variant. Sometimes, this can be indicative of a low amount of hemoglobin or oxygen in the blood. It may be a good idea to check some bloodwork.

Acrocyanosis: This may be acrocyanosis which can be caused by low oxygenation of the fingers and toes due to diminished circulation which can be seen in cold exposure. If it's just peripheral and not central cyanosis and there is no evidence of heart or lung disease, this isn't necessarily serious. Have your physician check it if the discoloration is constant.
