Here are some ...: Why did you have semen culture done? For symptoms or for male infertility with no symptoms or ... ? If being asymptomatic and not concerned with male infertility, what is it treated? Even if the use of antibiotic is needed and selected with sensitivity, SMX/TRM is still the "best" choice for staphylococcus epidermidis. So, for the time being, just complete the prescribed SMX/TRM and see. ...

Sperm: The bacteria are sensitive to the antibiotic and if that is causing the problem then that should take care of it
