Possible pregnancy: it is possible you could now be pregnant if you did not use an alternative birth control method after having it removed. Also after the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is removed your periods can take a few months to go back to normal. If a pregnancy test is negative then your period may be effected by the change in hormones.
