Bad pregnancy time?: Life doesn't have a perfect time to get pregnant, but there are good times and bad times. For example, a teen in high school or starting college should not get pregnant (too big of an emotional stress, messes up high school plans, messes up college plans, too much explaining needed for Mom/Dad, etc.), and thus would keep worrying about pregnancy. We need more babies in America, but not from teens.
