Nerve pressure: At this age, neck vertebrae start some degenerative process, develop spurs to put pressure on nerves that may cause tingling in arms and other body parts. A small herniated disc will do the same thing. While you will need some imaging study, including an MRI to confirm diagnosis, treatment most of the time is conservative including PT, traction cervical collar that you can use at home. Good luck!

Thorough Exam: It may be best to go to someone focusing on musculoskeletal conditions, your Doctor of Chiropractic would be worth visiting. If a typical physical examination, which included tests of range of motion, muscle strength, reflexes, orthopedic and neurological examinations was found to be negative, consideration of a EMG/NCV of the arms, and MRI of the neck may be considered.
