Anger: it is not uncommon to feel bad after a fight as when you calm down you think rationally now that you have cooled down IE time out is done now time has come to talk to your roommate in a calm and rational way explain to her your concerns as you felt at that time and wait for her response thugs will get back to normal after that forgive and forget and if that is not feasible move on with your life
