See a dentist: You need to see a dentist about this toothache. If the meantime you can take 600 mg ibuprophen and 2 Tylenol, (acetaminophen) if these are safe for you to take. Nice can help sometimes.

Ok...: Sorry to hear about your dilemma. You'll need to see a local dentist for treatment ASAP. In the meantime take OTC pain meds to relieve the pain. Could be a number of different things, but whatever it is it will not resolve on its own.
