Need more info: Depends on your age. My advice is to consult with a urologist. Something may be happening in the area that you are concerned about and you may need an ultrasound to make sure nothing "is brewing".

OK: Of course, "don't touch it then." Also, see the dr. for an exam to assure you have no medical conditions that would cause your pain. Get the exam and possible testing like a testicular ultrasound, etc. Best wishes.
