Unusual treatment: 26 yo female notes ineffectiveness of prednisone for widespread pain; apparently absent any specific diagnosis. This is inappropriate. An Osteopath or Rheumatologist should be consulted. Fibromyalgia might be a consideration, and a specific diagnosis is needed in order to initiate rational medical therapy.
