See your ob...: Its always a good idea to see your OB prior to conception. However, there are no guidlines that women who were premature need special pre-conception management. Best wishes!

Prematurity: Prematurity does not generally cause a problem with pregnancy or fertility. An aneurysm however, is dangerous even with non-pregnant life, but pregnancy can have negative consequences secondary to blood pressure elevations and problems from excessive weight gain. You should see an obstetric specialist in maternal fetal medicine prior to attempting pregnancy.
