AVM: Aneurisms and avm are diffent things. There are several types of avm none are related to tranfusion. Certain types of avm can bleed during labor due to the elevated blood pressure and straining. Women with avm generally have options (treat the avm) also c-section delivery eliminates most of the bleeding risks associated with vaginal delivery.
