Birth control pills?: Are you talking about birth control pills? It is not clear from your questions. If you are, then yes you can get pregnant after you stop, and no they will not loer your chance of pregnancy. Placebo pills are just fillers (may have vitamins) because it is easier to remember to take a pill every day than it is to take a pill every day for 3 weeks then off one week.

Yes: You can get pregnant after you stop BCP. It could happen after one cycle. Placebo pills are inert or have no hormonal active drugs.
