Watery discharge: Pink watery discharge could indicate an infection such as gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichomonas. It could simply be the start of your period and blood is giving it the pink color. You could have cervical polyps or warts that are bleeding. There are a variety of causes. Schedule an exam with an obgyn.
