Classic hypothyroid: One of the most common symptoms of hypothyroidism (there are MANY) is cold hands and feet. The thyroid controls your metabolism and body temperature. Although you are taking levothyroxine, you are most likely not taking enough. I preferentially use Armour dessicated thyroid--a combination of T2, T3, (liothyronine) T4, rather than levothyroxine, which is T4. Thyroid blood tests are usually a waste of blood.
