It's possible: Diastolic dysfunction is when the heart does not relax as well as it should and thus it doesn't fill with as much blood, and subsequently doesn't pump as much out on the next systole, and this perpetuates, particularly at a fast heart rate. I don't think it can be discerned on a tilt table, but an echo can see it. It can cause your symptoms.
