Urine WBC?: Hi. Often urine sits before being analyzed, and bacteria, naturally present in pee'd out urine, can multiply. If the WBC count in the urine was normal, the bacterial count is spurious and you needn't worry. If WBC are high, you have a UTI that just happens to be asymptomatic. Good luck!
