Not sure of meaning: I am not sure what you mean by your question. This is not clear. It is not out to "rule anything" It is a type of illness that makes one susceptible to other illness including many things but a few to name include dementia , and cancer. The immune system is degraded to the point where you are susceptible to these other disease.
