That's possible: Yes it may be a pulled muscle or the way you are sleeping. Other causes may be pleurisy, pneumonia, or other musculoskeletal problem. Generally aspirin or NSAID drugs like Ibuprofen or Naproxen may help. Remember to have food before taking such meds. Also a heating pad may help.
