Doctor: That product is likely not doing much. You may need a prescription for a medicated nose spray. See a doctor for that.

Wish I knew: Neti-pots help some people. Antihistamines may reduce the irritation response. Blowing nasal collections instead of sniffling is a definite help but sniffling is a hard habit to break - it takes conscious practice. Drinking lots of water is also a big help. As far as I know, nothing will totally get rid of it. I do feel for you.
