why do i get these pimply like bumps on my earlobes? its more inside the earlobe like a pimple but they hurt if i try to bust them.

Hmm....: Best to have your physician eyeball them; always hard to diagnose lesions/moles/etc. Through cyberspace as there is no direct visualization.

Sebum: These sound like small sebum filled cysts. They are different than pimples. I wouldn't manipulate them - sometimes, if you probe or poke them, they can get infected or grow. Just leave them be.
